After viewing this page and the music CD covers, you'll notice that Christmas has gone to the dogs! This is something that started back in the 1980s. Dan Love's dogs, they're his favorite animal. He thought it fitting to devote the innocence and playfulness of such loving creatures to the holiday. And he's inviting all of you to submit photos of your dog to the "Patches" Photo Gallery below. Dan has plans on releasing a new Christmas album in the near future with new dogs in mind for the cover. Happy Holidaze features an old friend's Scottie Terrier, "TG" and Happy Holidaze 2 features a Shih-tzu named "Pepe." Both pups have sadly departed, but we'll always remember them for the joy they gave to us all around the holidays and throughout the year. Love your pets because the time we have with them is much shorter than you think. |
